Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your gear. If something isn’t right, here is how returns, refunds and cancellations work at Khalkedon Sports.

30-day returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all tags, parts and accessories.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@khalkedonsports.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Returns sent without authorization may be delayed.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. For orders paid by bank transfer, we refund to the bank account the payment came from.

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will cover return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund. For all other returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personal-fit items that have been worn or used, such as swim goggles, swim caps, hand wraps and gloves

Cancelling your order

You can cancel an order at no charge any time before it ships. Email support@khalkedonsports.com with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process above.

Our right to cancel orders

Khalkedon Sports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, before or after payment has been received. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing or product information, and suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method or bank account.
